MinebeaMitsumi MMR940 digitally outputs a corrected micro differential pressure value. No additional correction is required, as the module automatically compensates for sensor-to-sensor variations and temperature characteristics. It does not require a complex sensor drive or control circuit, and high-performance devices can be developed using only this module and an external microcontroller acting as the host.
